Creating a trusted zone

To create a trusted zone:

1. Open the main application window.
2. Click the Settings link in the top part of the window. In the left part of the window select the Threats and exclusions section.
3. In the right part of the window, in the Exclusions section click the Settings button.
4. In the window that opens, on the Exclusion rules tab:
   • Click the Add link. This opens the Exclusion rule window. In the window that opens, specify the exclusion rules.
   • To delete a rule from the list, click the Delete link.
   • Click the Edit link to modify the created rule.

   As well as deleting rules from the list, you can also temporarily exclude them from the scan. To do this, select a rule from the list and uncheck the box to the left of its name.
